Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of personalized growth reports on StreamersPilot.
This text is a template and must be reviewed by a legal professional before going live.
1. Seller
StreamersPilot is operated by StreamersPilot SARL, a company registered in Tunisia (see the Legal Notice for full company details). Contact: contact@streamerpilot.com.
2. Product
StreamersPilot sells a personalized digital growth report (PDF of 10+ pages and an interactive online version) generated from your questionnaire answers, public data of your channel when available, and aggregated market data. Recommendations are informational: no specific growth in viewers, followers or revenue is guaranteed.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included (VAT 19%). An indicative conversion in US dollars and euros is shown for information only. Payment is made once, by bank card, e-DINAR or wallet, through our licensed Tunisian payment provider (Konnect). We never store your card details.
4. Delivery
The report is generated automatically after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. It is available on the order page, in your account and by a link sent by email. If generation fails, we retry automatically and contact you if needed.
5. Right of withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example for consumers in the European Union), you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content when ordering and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. If the report cannot be delivered, you will be fully refunded.
6. Affiliate links
Some links in the report (equipment, designers, programs) are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences the deterministic ranking rules of the report.
7. Intellectual property
The report is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or publicly redistribute it.
8. Liability
We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages and in any case to the price paid, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. The courts of Tunis have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Minors
The questionnaire may describe an audience aged 13 to 17, but the buyer must be at least 18 years old or act with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
